About the hotel

Hotel Neva, Kiten provides 250 bed places scattered across three separate housing. It’s spread across 1400 beautiful green landscape in the oak forest, which is 100m from the beachfront where you can find one of the most famous beaches Atliman, only 500m from the center of Kiten and 60m from Sarafovo airport.

The hotel offers 78 comfortably furnished rooms and all of them are furnished with air conditioner, TV, bathroom with shower. The rooms feature a balcony/terrace. Majority of the rooms overlook the park where the complex is situated. The types of rooms offered by the hotel are, double 2+1 with the possibility of accommodating a child, studio (spacious room with a capacity of 4 people) and a two level maisonettes with separate bedroom, living room and balcony with the capacity of 5-6 people.

A well maintained swimming pool with kids area is at your disposal, tennis court, mini football pitch, table tennis, conference room, WI-FI, bar and sun loungers by the pool, restaurant – indoor and outdoor and parking next to both entries of the hotel.
